"Had a fabulous stay!! The location is on what we thought the best beach on the island! Even with a bit of rain the week we were there the kids used the beautiful beach to play and swim every day. House was set up with everything we needed. Comfy and nice to come back to and settle in each evening. Grounds are stunning- comfy hammock for reading! Communication with both owners and property managers was simple. Look up Pedro’s sweet treats- just a few minute drive towards Georgetown for a delicious ice cream! We discovered it day two and went every day the rest of our trip. Looking forward to coming back to Exuma in the future and booking both villas for an extended family trip. "

"House was perfect for us and our two college-age kids. It was exactly like the listing. It was VERY nice to have the washer and dryer and we used it almost every day, could have brought about half our clothes. The beach in front of the property was gorgeous with very few people. The location made it easy to drive to both ends of the island. "

"Photos truly don’t do this place justice. The views of Hooper’s Bay are incredible, and there is just so much to do, it’s like having your own private resort! 6 of us stayed here over New Year’s week, including two boys 10 and 12. We were all kept busy — between the pool, dock, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, SUPs and beautiful deck and “beach” to lounge on, you truly don’t have to leave to enjoy Exuma. But you’ll want to to take in everything the amazing island has to offer. We had two private chefs cook for us as well as a masseuse give us massages on the sandy beach, and the house was the perfect set up for both. We couldn’t have been more pleased! If you’re considering Nautilus by the Sea, book it now. You won’t regret it and will have Exuma “blues” the second you leave. We can’t wait to come back!"
