Great place to stay! The neighborhood was really nice. Great location. Property host was very responsive to any concerns. Would definitely stay here again.
We were traveling with our daughter, son in-law and grandbaby. The unit is a lower level walkout with a family living above. It’s spacious and clean with all the basic amenities. The location is great for skiing, only 25 minutes to Alta! We would stay again.
We headed up from Las Vegas for some snowboarding time at Snowbird. The house is easy to get to, close to the local grocery store as well as very easy to get to the mnt. The unit is down stairs in the back, and have a very nice view of the city, when it is clear. The house has everything you will need for your stay. We will be back to visit soon.
This was a great location for us- we had an appointment in Salt Lake, then wanted to ski Brighton. It was perfect. Clean, great views, easy check-in. Hot tub and car port a bonus. Newly remodeled, and had everything we needed. It’s a nice big space for 3-4 people, however keep in mind there is only one small bathroom. Hosts are very communicative. I would mention, as someone prior has- that this is a basement and tenants live upstairs. You can hear walking above and music. I am sure they could hear us too. It didn’t bother us much though. I would highly recommend.
Excellent communication from host. Place was clean and had all the amenities. Coffee, tea, spices for cooking, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Very comfortable, quiet stay!
We had a quick sisters weekend so there was ample room, we enjoyed the outdoor patio to visit, the clean and well furnished space, and the comfortable beds.
If its all about location, this is a fantastic spot! Good views, good distance to cottonwood canyon skiing, and good distance to shops and dining. The space was spread out enough so we felt we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped, all required dishes for making food. The spice rack really stood out. There is plenty of hot water, but in the shower the temperature can change unexpectedly, so be careful!! We could hear the family in the house upstair playing piano and getting ready for school in the mornings, so be mindful of the quiet hours posted by the host. The host contacted me by both text and Vrbo app, but I wonder if they were the same people? Overall, this is an excellent space for the value and I would stay here again.
This was are second stay this season, again a great place, quick and easy to get to the ski resorts and the local market.Very peaceful neighborhood. Definitely a must do for next snowboarding season!
Kitchen well appointed and beds comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Owners left us Utah mint truffles. Yum! Even though the unit is below the homeowners the sounds were not bad. Beautiful views of the mountains to the west from bedroom and kitchen windows. Lots of windows which made the basement unit bright and comfortable.

Our stay was really good. I would only note that this rental property setup is an apartment at the bottom of the main house. We were able to hear the owners above the house vacuuming, kids running and some piano playing (they were pretty good) if that didn't bother you everything else was great.
Poor communication. Keyboard lock to unit failed. No response or help from property manager. Luckily, the owner at least let us in. I would highly recommend the owner get another property manager.
We were so impressed with the accommodations and the cleanliness and quality of all of the furnishings. The beds were SO comfortable - I didn't want to get out of them. The basement apartment had a back patio with a very clean and new hot tub (BONUS after skiing) and their was plenty of natural light coming through the windows to make it feel like it wasn't a remodeled basement. Everything was so new and clean - the kitchen was immaculate, the couches in the living room were so comfy. One of my teenagers slept on one and loved it. We have a family of four plus one friend, so we took the room with the two queen beds (and got our very own bed to stretch out in), my 17 year old daughter took the full bed in the bedroom next to the bathroom and the two boys, 15 and 16, slept on the couch and a camping pad we brought.
I loved that there were things like honey, olive oil, coconut oil and all of the spices to cook with. The washer and dryer were right there too, which was very convenient. We were skiing Alta/Snowbird so we were able to wake up and get right on the line for Little Cottonwood canyon opening (going the back way around). It was so close and convenient. We had a little snafu with the address not being available when we arrived, but the property manager was apologetic and said it was a new listing and changed it so that wouldn't happen again. She was very kind and helpful. We would give this 5 STARS over and over again. I know, the next time we stay here (which hopefully will be soon), it will be a seemless experience.
ps. If I could give one SMALL recommendation - maybe put a power strip in the bedrooms on the bedside table so you can plug your phones in to use for alarm clocks. Minor - but we had to charge our phones on the floor away from the bed...

Emplacement parfait pour un voyage de ski à 20 minutes d’Alta et Snowbird. Très propre, les lits sont très confortables. Ne pas hésitez à cause que c’est un sous sol, c’est bien éclairé. Communication efficace.
3 friends and I came to ski alta and this was the perfect home for our stay. Great location to access the canyon, comfortable beds, living room, updated kitchen and a HOT TUB. Would come back in a heartbeat
