Located just 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Park City and an easy 10 minutes from Downtown , the University of Utah, Primary Children’s Hospital and the U of U hospital. An easy walking distance to Sugarhouse Park, Allen Park, Westminster University ... ample, convenient shopping, entertainment and restaurants. This place was PERFECT for 6 adults who did not want to share beds. Offered all 6 of us our own space (with only 2 of us sharing a room with double beds). Location was great with access to restaurants, groceries, etc. 40 minutes to Park City/Deer Valley, and slightly less to the Alta/Snowbird/Brighton areas. The home has been beautifully redone and looks like something right out of Better Homes & Gardens. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of relaxing space in the living room for all of us. We rented this property for a week while visiting my son who has just relocated to SLC for work. My husband and 17 yr old twins stayed in the home, and could not have been happier. The house is stunning-- gorgeously finished and furnished. All of the beds were heavenly, with high end bedding and pillows (which you rarely find in a rental). The kitchen is a joy, and stocked with everything you could possibly want. The back yard is city living-- small, but tidy and has a lovely hot tub and fire pit. The house is one house off a very busy road, but we found the noise not to be an issue, and the location is amazing for accessing everything SLC has to offer. The price for the week is a luxury price point, but I can honestly say it was worth it. We can't wait to return next year!
