This hotel provided the necessary accommodation after our flight was cancelled. They have a shuttle that will take you to and from the airport. The front desk staff were very kind and the room was sufficient. This is an older hotel so you get what you get.

Beautiful and clean lobby, super friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean and spacious, hot breakfast was excellent. Booked the first night of FanX after checking out of another hotel that was terrible, and they were very accommodating, we were worried about the distance to the Salt Palace but it was only 10 minutes away, we also worried about hearing planes being closer to the airport but didn't hear any. It was a very pleasant stay.

Staff were not as friendly as other places I have stayed at while traveling. Bed was uncomfortable and had five small square bed pillows which were very uncomfortable. It was clean and room was spacious. Was suppose to be a “no pets allowed” hotel but dogs barked on two occasions. Give it a three out of five.

This is an older property and is definitely in need of carpet replacement. With that being said other than the carpet it was clean, beds comfortable and overall a nice hotel. Staff was great. I did not get the young man's name that checked us in on Sept. 22 but he was so friendly and helpful and so was the shuttle driver!

Breakfast biscuits and gravy - biscuits were fine but the gravy was disgusting. Staff was super helpful and the front desk assistant got us to check in early. This was our second visit to the same hotel. Had an excellent time.

The staff was helpful. The room very clean though in the process of Renovation. The breakfast was underwhelming. Eggs were not flavorful and not a lot of healthy options. I did like the tubs of peanut butter which I was able to load on a banana. I would study again.
