Arrivée sur place : Pas de réservation à notre nom alors que nous avons réservé (et débité immédiatement..) il y a 20 jours. Résultat : 1h30 d’attente car visiblement mauvaise communication entre abritel et Inter-Salou. Récupération des clefs à l’hôtel à 500 mètres et découverte de l’appartement : Catastrophe. Une climatisation d’appoint à brancher via le disjoncteur lol, un ballon d’eau chaude de 30L pour 3 personnes, un appartement vieillissant repeint à la va-vite qui nous parle de son âge via des plinthes pourries, les mitigeurs de Sdb bouffés par le calcaire, ou des murs non isolés phoniquement qui vous donnent l’impression de vivre dans une maison de jeunesse (claquement portes, et j’en passe…) Chambre de 4,5 m2 habilitée entre le salon et la salle de bain pour faire plus de couchages….. Des fenêtres et baies vitrées qui ferment pas, un canapé qui porte son âge rien qu’à le voir…. Pas une cafetière (même a filtre), ni même une bouilloire, pas un liquide vaisselle,etc… Pas de couettes, juste des draps et couvre lit et des matelas à ressorts ou je vous garanti il est impossible de dormir. Le site proposait un appartement « tout neuf, premiers arrivants » Au final on se retrouve dans un immeuble vieux de 35 ans qui a été repeint en façade ! Les joints de la salle de bains noirs. La TV pas une chaîne française, la Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas, bref des vacances gâchées. Fuyez, pas confiance à ces gens peu scrupuleux ##### Tellechea N. Stayed 4 nights in Oct 2023 ---
