La limpieza del apartamento deja mucho que desear, de hecho al llegar el horno y el frigorífico estaban sucios y algunos armarios contenían algún cepillo de dientes, un paquete de kit Kat...El ir a buscar las llaves a Salou en un servicio tan caro o de alta calidad... No es elegante y perjudica mucho al cliente. La hora de salida a las 10 de la mañana es muy temprana y se pierden horas de vacaciones.. La hora de entrada es acorde a muchos hoteles ay alojamientos turísticos pero la hora de salida debería de ser las 12 como el resto de hoteles y de alojamientos turísticos. Llevamos 6 años yendo y no se tiene en cuenta para hacernos llegar ofertas sobre el alojamiento o mayores descuentos. Además este año no nos han dejado ningun detalle a la llegada como años anteriores.
