Are you looking for a place that combines the comfort of a home with proximity to the beach and the charm of the Costa Dorada? This charming terraced house in Salou is perfect for an unforgettable holiday. Located just a 2-minute walk from the spectacular Cala Crancs and 10 minutes from La Pineda beach, this property offers an idyllic setting to disconnect and enjoy the summer.
Cala Crancs, one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, is surrounded by cliffs and nature. In addition, it has exceptional services such as showers, toilets, sun lounger rental, lifeguard and a beach bar famous for its mojitos, considered among the best in the area.
DISTRIBUTION:
The house, with capacity for 6 people, is part of an exclusive residential complex of 24 terraced houses that share over 3,000 m² of gardens and a communal swimming pool. From this area, a charming seafront path leads you directly to the beach. If you are travelling with small children, we recommend accessing via the street for greater convenience.
- Ground floor:
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a small courtyard that provides access to the interior via some stairs. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge-dining room offer everything you need to feel at home. There is a double sofa bed. From the dining room, you can access a second terrace with impressive views of the sea and Cala Crancs. A perfect place to relax while listening to the sound of the waves.
- Upper floor:
Here you will find two cosy bedrooms and a fully renovated bathroom with shower. The master bedroom features a double bed and access to a private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or companions. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and from the master bedroom.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Group bookings are not accepted.
- Pets are not accepted.
- There are two air conditioning units. One in the lounge and another in the hallway distributor on the upper floor to cool the bedrooms.
- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
- Despite being shown in the photos, the use of barbecues is prohibited in the complex.
