Located in the heart of Salou, less than 50 meters from Levante Beach. Relax with a dip in the Mediterranean or a glass of wine on the terrace while enjoying the beach views and the sound of the waves. A five-minute walk from the Salou Yacht Club and the shopping and leisure area. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, it is the ideal location to enjoy Salou with the family, both in summer and winter. If you love cycling or enjoying long walks, you are right in front of the promenade that connects La Pineda, Salou, and Montroig, passing through Vilafortuny and Cambrils. Over 10 km of bike paths and pedestrian walkways allow you to enjoy the Costa Dorada. Close to a wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies. Located a 10-minute drive from Port Aventura theme park and Ferrari Land, and 10 minutes from Reus Airport. You can enjoy Tarragona, a Roman city and UNESCO World Heritage Site, less than 15 minutes away; or a mountain hike in the Priorat region, one of the world's most renowned wine-producing regions, less than 40 minutes away. The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. There is a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living room with side sea views. The apartment has all the amenities and safety measures so you can enjoy your stay as if it were your own home. It has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and hot water heater. With a heat pump/air conditioning system, it is ideal both in summer and winter, for short or long periods, and for both vacation and business trips.
