We enjoyed this property a lot. Our room was cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s located right at the center of everything. Thank you hotel El Monte!

Decent for a night
Overall yes the Hotel needs updates, but honestly it is not as bad as other places. Cleanliness could and should be better, but it is possible that because of the pandemic there is limited help. Breakfast that was included was not that great and limited. Area around has sounds that might keep you awake like trains that pass by blasting their horns, church bell or other activity going on in the street (even though we had a room on the 7th floor).

We only appreciate location of the hotel. They didn´t respect or reservation, room doesn´t have air conditioning as was specified at reservation so, they change us to another room for very small bed. Pretty old everything inside the room except tv but even TV wasn´t 48 inches, instead it was 32 inches, elevator feels like it´s going to fall very noisy. Really very bad experience.

Me he quedado en ese hotel desde el 2018 a la fecha y nunca me había pasado que se me perdieran pertenencias como pasta de dientes esponja de baño y rastrillo se me hizo raro pero es la realidad.

El Hotel dice que es de 4 estrellas cuando en realidad las condiciones que que tiene el hotel y los servicios proporcionados tendría que ser un hotel de 2 estrellas. las habitaciones y las amenidades son muy antiguas y en muy malas condiciones, la ventana que da a la calle es comportada con las otras habitaciones y por lo cual no hay privacidad porque se puede escuchar todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y es muy incomodo. el restaurante del hotel no tienen opciones de comida y la comida muy mala. y cuando reserve me ofrecieron los 2 días de desayuno pero ya que cayo en día festivo el 2do día me mencionaron que no me darían porque era día festivo y estaría cerrado el restaurante del hotel, y ni mucho menos me ofrecieron alguna disculpa o algún tipo de compensación. por ultimo el elevador es muy viejo y en muy malas condiciones.

La inseguridad con el elevador, mi hijo quedó atrapado, causándole moretones. Las almohadas duras, manchadas y con pelos. La habitación que nos tocó tenía alfombra y se le asomaban clavos. De los peores hoteles en los que nos hemos quedado.

La ubicación es buena, la habitación acorde con valor precio, terminé con dolor de piernas porque el elevador no estaba en buenas condiciones, tardaba para subir estaba en el séptimo piso y preferiría bajar por las escaleras...

Cansando e incómodo
El cuarto está hermoso y la cama súper cómoda, pero el elevador nunca sirvió durante nuestra estancia, considerando que nos asignaron un cuarto en el sexto piso y fue super cansado, nos deteniamos en cada piso por qué eran escaleras grandes y fue super incómodo estar subiendo y bajando, y nunca nos hicieron un descuento por este gran detalle, por todo lo anterior les recomiendo que primero confirmen si funciona el elevador

Un ambiente tranquilo y relajante habitaciones amplias con servicio a cliente respetuoso y amable muy céntrico Sólo faltan algunos detalles con respecto al elevador al parecer están remodelando Pues no hay acceso a las Terrazas Y actualmente se está usando un solo piso que es el tercero Y aunque sea el único piso que se está habitando el servicio es muy bueno en realidad nosotros lo ocupamos sólo para descansar por las noches pues fuimos para asuntos personales fuera del Hotel excelente decisión de quedarnos ahí pues no tuvimos ningún contratiempo respecto a transportes públicos y particulares pues Pues el establecimiento está rodeado de muchos comercios del jardín principal y de lugares de diversión muy cerca volvería a regresar pues anteriormente ya hemos ocupado de sus servicios y siempre hemos sido atendidos muy amablemente tienen desayunos sencillos totalmente gratis y si requieres de algo más tienes un costo extra Me parece perfecto que están remodelando el lugar Pues si requiere algunos detalles y está bien que estén rentando sólo el tercer piso para evitar contacto con las personas de mantenimiento para no obstruir su trabajo por los pasillos deben solos limpios tranquilos y siempre hay alguien en recepción quién puede orientar por checar quién está entrando y saliendo 100 hermosa vista hacia los 2 Jardines del centro de Salamanca en una ocasión me tocó estar en quinto piso y se veía la refinería de Salamanca y en esta ocasión me tocó estar de frente a la plazoleta..

Es un hotel que se ve ya es antiguo, pero cuidados los muebles y me gustó mucho la limpieza y la atención del personal. Ubicado justo en el centro de Salamanca y teníamos cerca bancos, Oxxo, lugares para comer. El precio razonable
