About this property

New Villa by the Sea

  • Beautiful brand new house of 80 m2 fully air-conditioned and located in the heart of the Camargue, only 400m from the sea, shops and restaurants. Villa in a new residence secured by an electric gate and with 2 private parking spaces. On the ground floor, beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower and toilet. To enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you can sit on the beautiful wooden terrace or in the private garden. Wifi available.

    The windows of the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

    Sheets and towels not provided.

    PAID OPTION: it is possible to rent bed linen and towels on request if possible at the time of booking.

    The accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Fantastic!

A very beautiful brandnew villa, tastefully designed (great wooden staircase) and really comfy - at walking distance of the beach & sea. We had a magical 3 days here, enjoying the vibrant gipsy festival with our lovely and quiet place at hand. Would love to come back!

Toute la famille a été ravie de séjourner dans la belle maison bien aménagée de Marjorie, et de découvrir Saintes Maries de la Mer.En plus de la plage accessible en 10 minutes à pied, on a aussi bénéficié de plein de belles activités, comme les courses de taureau dans les arènes.Merci Marjorie pour vos consignes claires et merci à Abritel pour la bonne gestion. Logement propre, idéalement situé près de tout dans une résidence propre et calme. Les Saintes est une petite ville agréable avec des promenades à faire à pied, en vélo ou à cheval dans des décors merveilleux.Petits bémol : le vent qui peut souffler très fort mais on s'en accomode très bien.

Que ce soit au niveau de l'emplacement, de la grandeur des pièces de la villa, de la propreté, de la déco, nous avons trouvé cettre location vraiment parfaite. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs. Je recomande vivement la location de cette villa.

excellent séjour

logement très proche du centre ville des Saintes. On y va à pied de plus il est très difficile de se garer et le logement dispose de 2 places de parking dans la résidence.
