Come and discover this spacious, fully renovated house of about 120 m² in a contemporary style. Its generous spaces are perfect for both children and adults. The property features three comfortable bedrooms, a living/dining area open to the kitchen, a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The large, fully enclosed garden lets you enjoy the sun in peace, while children can play safely. The house is ideally located just a few meters from the village center and close to the beach. You can easily explore the island by bike or on foot, without needing your car, as parking for up to three vehicles is available on the property.
