### La Villa du chai, holiday home

Come and discover this spacious house of approximately 120 m², fully renovated in a contemporary style. Its generous spaces are suitable for both children and adults. It consists of three beautiful bedrooms, a living/dining room open to the kitchen, a utility room, toilets, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The large, fully enclosed garden allows you to enjoy the sun in complete peace, and children can play there safely. The house is ideally located just a few metres from the village centre and close to the beach. You can easily explore the island by bike or on foot without using your vehicle, as up to three vehicles can be parked on the property.  
  
Please note that check-out times vary depending on the season.  
  
Mandatory additional fees are to be paid on your arrival day (including cleaning, check-in, and check-out). Cleaning does not include tidying your rental before your departure. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and all bins must be emptied and cleaned. If the property is not properly maintained, extra cleaning fees may be deducted from your deposit and charged according to the time spent.  
  
Pets are not allowed. The property is non-smoking, and eating in the bedrooms is prohibited.  
  
Bed linen rental (sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels) is available for an extra charge, payable on site.  
  
If you wish to rent bicycles, a discount is available with a partner rental company; feel free to ask for more information.
