In the heart of the Baie de Somme in Saint-Valery, enjoy a family holiday in our charming 65-square-meter fisherman’s cottage in the heart of this traditional area. The house accommodates 4 to 6 people (maximum 4 adults). It’s located just a 100-meter walk from the bay, the pier, the high street, shops, and restaurants. You’ll also have access to a separate room attached to the house where outdoor furniture is stored. In this historic area, there is no parking in front of the house.<br><br>The Accommodation<br>On the ground floor, the living room features a sofa and armchairs; the dining table seats up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom, with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, is located on the ground floor.<br><br>You reach the upper floor via a narrow staircase. The first sleeping area has two pull-out beds (one 80x200 / 160x200 pull-out bed and another 90x190 / 180x200 pull-out bed). Walking through this sleeping area, you’ll reach the bedroom with a double bed (140x200). The upstairs area is in the attic. From here, you have a magnificent view of the Bay of Somme.<br><br>Outside, you have access to an adjoining room where you can bring the patio furniture (a small table and two chairs) out onto the street—and put it away after use :)<br><br>The apartment is equipped to accommodate very young children: a safety gate upstairs, a travel cot available, and a high chair.<br><br>Guest access<br>There are few parking spaces in the fishermen’s area. The best option is to park at Place des Pilotes (note: market on Sunday mornings) or at the Corderies car park. Paid parking is in effect throughout the city from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (except between noon and 2 p.m.). There is only one free car park at the entrance to the city, near the Carrefour supermarket. This car park is about a 2.5-km walk from the holiday rental (a free shuttle is available during the season).<br><br>Additional notes:<br>When you book this accommodation, you’ll have access to special offers negotiated for you with local businesses!
