Ideal for 4 people (2 double beds available). Air conditioning, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine are also included. Linens and towels will be provided. For more information, do not hesitate to read the detailed description below. :) Features appreciated by my guests: \- Pleasant and bright apartment with terrace, shared swimming pool and private parking. \- Ideally located in Saint Tropez, 5 minutes walk from Place des Lices and 15 minutes from the beach. \- Easily accessible. \- Fully equipped, linens, towels, vanity kits and few coffee capsules will be provided. Other features to consider: \- For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm that takes pictures when it goes off. \- You will have at your disposal one set of keys. Housing : You'll appreciate my place for its charm, comfort and facilities. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the ground floor. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: \- A friendly living room: sofa, coffee table, television, dining area with counter and high chairs for 4 people. \- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils. \- A pleasant bedroom: double bed, access to the terrace. \- A second nicely decorated bedroom: double bed (or two simple beds), wardrobe, desk. \- A neat bathroom: walk-in shower, toilet, sink with mirror.
