  • Located in the heart of the popular Var region, this charming 3-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Ideal for two families or a small group, this pet-friendly retreat features a private swimming pool and free WiFi. Enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, while being close to all modern conveniences.

    Just 1 km from the villa, you'll find the city centre with shops, restaurants, a tennis court, and supermarkets. The nearest beach is only 2 km away, offering water sports and stunning coastal views. Golf lovers can tee off at the Beauvallon Golf Course, located 12 km from the property.

    After a day of exploring, take a refreshing dip in the private pool or unwind with a glass of wine on the terrace. The villa also features a garden, barbecue, a cozy fireplace in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. One pet is welcome at no extra charge. Hyères Airport is just 53 km away for convenient travel.

Pleasant holiday home with nice pool and yard.

This home is a good value for a family compared with staying at a hotel in St Tropez. The rental agency was great with check in and check out. They ask for a $1000 Euro cash deposit which was promptly returned on check out. The house has a nice pool and working air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and it was great to have access to a washer/dryer especially as we had been traveling for several weeks already. The neighborhood is gated and feels safe. It is walkable to the center of St Tropez and Place de Lice, albeit a long walk, so not ideal in terms of walkability with smaller children. The house could be great with some updates, it’s a little dated inside and the beds and bedding could be more comfortable. But overall we had a lovely family holiday and would recommend this villa. There is even a peek a boo ocean view we were able to see fireworks on Bastille from the house.
