About this property

1950s Villa Solata with a garden, terrace, and ocean view

  • Our house is a very good quality house built in the style of the 1950's. Built on the top of the dune of the island of Oléron, it overlooks the sea on one side and the large forest of Saint Trojan les Bains on the other side. We have completely renovated the interior and recreated a garden in 2022-2023. The work was completed with the recreation of the second bathroom in 2026. We are next door to the Mer et Forêt hotel. Minimum weekly booking, departure and arrival only on Friday, Sunday and Monday, not Saturday. Sheets, towels and dishcloths are not provided. The concierge can however offer you this service for a fee.
