"Have used hotels in the Campanile chain before, and this one was well up to standard..
The room was clean comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful
Would have no hesitation in using this hotel again"

The location is ideal to walk everywhere. Our room was cousy, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the absence of a proper shower but for one night we could leave without it. Breakfast fairly basic but I would say good enough for the price ( 9 euro). Would certainly use it again

Great base to explore Normandy - hotel is a kind of help yourself place - no reception after 7pm or overnight just a phone number but room was nicely equipped as a self catering apartment and everyone agreed the pull down beds mattress was one of the most comfortable experienced amazing! Sea view was perfect so all in all fab !

Incredible! What a wonderful place, Adrien keeps the place immaculate. Our room ‘Rollon’ was beautiful- so charming.
We cannot wait to come back in the future- ‘hidden gem’ is used so frequently but this is the definition of the phrase!

Lovely hotel close to the beach and plentiful restaurants. Although small our room was beautifully appointed with lots of original features. A very enjoyable stay.

Travelling on my own I chose one of the small bedroom but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is conveniently situated & the staff very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was really delicious - I will certainly book Les Mots Passants again when I go back to Cabourg.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Mercure Le Havre Centre Bassin du Commerce.
The location is good. The hotel is a short walk from the station and the city centre with all the sights and dining options is also a short walk away.
The room was a good size with a kettle, tea, coffee, and milk. An empty mini fridge. There was also a good amount of storage space.
The bathroom had a lot of space to put potions and lotions to. It had shower only, no bath.

This hotel is ultra convenient for the ferry port, overall the hotel was very clean and well located for local shops & restaurants.
Rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean, and we loved the overall decor and friendliness of the staff (unfortunately the restaurant was closed as chef was on holiday!!! which they could have pre-warned us about, but it was only a 10 minute walk into town).

I had a lovely time, the food is very good and the staff will do what they can for you, but you really need to have a car to make the most of the place. It has a hypermarket across the road, which you cannot see but is REALLY convenient should you need ANYTHING. However it is a little way away from the centre of Lisieux - it took me 20mins to get back to the hotel one evening, mainly up hill, through an area that didn't look that good. The weather wasn't good enough for me to try the pool out,...

I had a lovely stay here. I was able to check in straight off the night ferry and check out several hours late to catch the afternoon ferry. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. It was, however, hard to find on the day I arrived so here are the directions: To reach the hotel by bus, turn left out of ferry building and get on a No 2 at St Francois or Perry - anyone will be able to direct you; don't take the bus to 'Gare' or, if you miss it, as I did, don't walk through the trees...
