"We loved our stay at 1844 Suites from the beginning where we got a great history lesson about Syros right to the end where we picked up our bags (but didn’t want to leave). Kostas was an amazing host and the woman who cleaned our room was the sweetest. The room was great and so comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio as well. If I could give this place an 11/10 I would! We would not hesitate to rebook in the future when we return. "

"Our stay in Syros was truly wonderful. The owner was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable—he gave us fantastic recommendations that really helped us experience the island like locals.
The accommodation was newly renovated with a modern touch, yet preserved beautiful original frescoes that gave it so much character. Everything was clean, stylish, and very comfortable.
We had such a great time that we’re already planning to come back and will definitely be recommending it to our family...

"Cleanliness was impeccable, and the grounds and finishes truly felt five-star. The staff was wonderful—especially Maria at the front desk. She gave excellent recommendations and even arranged a boat tour to Delos and Rhenia Islands, which was such a highlight. The location is peaceful and quiet, with a bus stop just a five-minute walk down the street. For only 2 Euros, the buses are clean, reliable, and easy to use, though they run every 30 minutes. Taxis are quite expensive but, of course, more convenient for getting around the island.
I would absolutely stay here again—it was perfect!"
