"The property is on 2 floors and the elevator is some distance from reception - we also (as is our luck!) had to walk a distance to the room. Parked on site both nights despite the hotel appearing to be busy. Room - large twin single beds with the usual space to get past the end of the beds (also nice to have 2 armchairs); separate WC in a very tight space; large shower; TV unfortunately only in French; pleasant with A/C and window can be opened. Beds had 'firm' mattresses casuing me a back...

"A beautiful room in a lovely building, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Check in was very friendly and welcoming. It was only a quick overnight stay for us, ahead of catching the early ferry back to the UK for which the location is perfect - just 10 minutes drive to Caen ferry port. My only complaint is that the room was a little cold on a wet and windy November evening, and there was no info in the room regarding hotel facilities or wi-fi password (this is available at reception/in the bar)....
