And also diving, snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of the red rock coves, fishing, climbing, kayaking, horse riding or buggy, all nearby.

The heated swimming pool 4. 20 x 10. 50 x 1. 50 m deep with submerged beach (for aperitif) enjoys an all day sunshine with outdoor shower and toilet. The flat-bottomed swimming pool with peripheral walk allows you to swim without knowing how to swim and play ball games in the water. An underwater alarm secures the pool for small children.

Wonderful time

We love staying at this beautiful home! Very close to the beach, hiking, bakery, and market. Several restaurants in the area were very good as well. Pierre was a great host and overall we had a fabulous time!

We hade 1 week during the European championship at this nice house that had everything we wanted. Nice rooms, nice kitchen and a nice spot for relaxing. The location was also perfect. It was 100 meters to 3-4 restaurants and also to the pharmacy and the supermarket. I will really recommend this Villa for anyone. with regards Magnus and friends.

die Bilder im Internet sind wohl schon älter und entsprechen nicht mehr der Realität. das Haus selbst war in Ordnung bis auf Kleinigkeiten Küche, WC-Spülung) Rauchmelder waren nicht vorhanden. der Außenbereich benötigt dringend Pflege und Reparatur.

Super séjour ! Belle maison spacieuse, confortable... Nous pensions que de la maison, nous pouvions directement accéder à une plage mais il faut longer un peu la route, c'est le seul reproche que nous pouvons faire. Merci à Pierre pour son accueil et sa bonhomie.

Séjour villa au Dramont St Raphaël du 13 au 17/02/2023

La propriété correspond au descriptif de l'annonce. Elle est idéalement située. Bien que proche de commerces et restaurants (tout n'était pas ouvert), elle est au calme à cette période de l'année. Accueil chaleureux de la part du propriétaire. C'est avec plaisir que nous retournerons en ce lieu. Nous recommandons cette location.

Great stay in St. Raphael

This house is conveniently located in St. Raphael on the Cote D'Azur. There are two beaches, plenty of restaurants, a mini-super-market, and a bakery all within walking distance. The property is quiet and off of the main street - so no problem for kids. There's lots of space, toys, games - and a Nespresso coffee machine!! :) The pool is super, and our entire family had a great stay. Pierre, the owner, made us feel very welcome, explained everything and also had a folder with the key info and suggestions for the area in the house. Great stay!

Tout était parfait! De l’accueil par le propriétaire à la vie en famille dans cette belle villa! Rien de manquait, il y avait de l’espace pour chacun, des grands parents aux enfants et au chien! Séjour très agréable à Le Dramont

La maison était conforme à l annonce, très fonctionnelle, propre et bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la situation proche des plages à pied et des sentiers de randonnée. Parfait pour se détendre et avoir sa dose de soleil en hiver!

Abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di capodanno.Casa molto calda,pulita ed accogliente. La stanza disabili,molto spaziosa e comoda per la sedia a rotelle. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi imprevisto. Peccato per la piscina non riscaldata nei periodi invernali,per il resto una casa eccellente e favolosa

Très bon moment

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine, Monsieur Serrano est très accueillant. Dommage que deux grands arbres empêche d'avoir le soleil après 15h dans la piscine mais nous pensons que c'est dû aussi au fait qu'en cette période le soleil doit être plus bas qu'en plein été.

Cap Dramont villa

Nine of us spent a great week here. ?The villa is in a great location close to Tiki Plage, the main beach at Agay, lots of restaurants, and Saint Raph is only a 10 minute drive away. Great pool as well.

En tout cas juste mémorable

La maison est très moderne et il y a assez place pour 3 petites familles. Il y aura tout qu´on a besoin dans une maison. La maison était propre et soignée. Le loueur était très gentil et serviable. C´était un vraiment mémorable séjour à St.Raphael, Le Dramont. Je recommands cette villa ou ce séjour à tous familles qui veulent les vacances calmes, mais aussi voir les connues places touristiques tout près.

Hochwertiges Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist neu gebaut und modern und praktisch eingerichtet (alles sehr sauber). Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut (z.B. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine, Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte, Gasgrill, Top-Gartenmöbel). Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit guter Beschattung. Der Aufenthalt im Garten und am Pool ist angenehm (kein Lärm). Das Ferienhaus ist gut zu erreichen. Abstriche muss man beim Ausblick machen. Man kann das Meer nicht sehen. Das Haus ist am Fuß eines Hügel gelegen. Man schaut auf ein kleines Wäldchen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum nächsten großen Supermarkt sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten (Tiki-Plage: schöner kleiner Sandstrand in einer Bucht; in der anderen Richtung ist ein größerer Strand mit Kiesboden). In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Haus gibt es schöne Spazierwege mit tollen Aussichtspunkten. Wir waren acht Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. .

Vacances relaxantes

La maison est très agréable à vivre et extrêmement bien pensée. Le propriétaire est à votre service et d'une extrême gentillesse. Les commerces sont à proximité et tout peut se faire à pieds (pharmacie, courses, presse, restaurants, baignade dans des criques exceptionnelles ou plage). Je recommande cette maison pour plusieurs couples (une salle de bain est attenante aux 3 chambres doubles) à la recherche de calme, voulant vivre dehors entre piscine et repas sur la terrasse. Le CAP DRAMONT est magnifique (calanques "rouge de l'estérel") et s'impose au levée du soleil comme un instant mémorable. Maison très agréable avec des enfants car rien n'est fragile.
