Rent independent studio bright and very pleasant to live about 40m ² in a villa with terrace of about 30m ² in the private domain of CAPITOU on the heights of FREJUS 15mn from the sea (FREJUS / ST RAPHAEL) and 37 kms from ST Tropez.  
Ideal place to spend quiet and sporting holidays (basketball court, balls, 2 tennis courts, many walks and bike)  
By the pool you will find a restaurant.  
Optional: we can offer linen (sheets, towels and towels for the pool) for 5 people 50 €
