We arrived late on a Sunday evening. The instructions regarding collecting the key was well organised, access to the apartment was simple, Our room was on the 3rd floor the lift was reliable and noiseless. The apartment was clean when we arrived with a small welcome pack. Would have preferred a larger bed, but that is the only issue.
