The studio L'Espeoutier is located between Fréjus and Mandelieu, in the Estérel mountains, and is an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This 20 m² studio includes a living/sleeping area with kitchenette and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, as well as books and toys for children. Furthermore, a table tennis table and access to a barbecue are available on request to enhance your stay. A baby cot and a high chair can also be provided upon request.  
  
This holiday rental features a private outdoor area with sun loungers and a table, as well as a pool to be shared with the owner (arrangements to be made on site) and a garden. A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also accessible.
