L'appartement est situé dans le calme, pas un bruit la nuit malgrés le casino en face, le quartier est securisé , il est à 10 mn à pied de la plage et des commerces. l'appartement et correctement équipé mais un besoin d'une changement de mobilier et d'une nouvelle peinture de mur. Sinon je le recommande.
