T2 32m2, 200m from the beach, fully renovated and equipped. You are located 10 minutes walk from shops, tobacco, pharmacy, station Boulouris and CRES St Raphael. You have a private parking space in the residence. The apartment is located in the sought after area of Boulouris. You are protected from the summer crowds while being close to coastal activities and beaches.  
The apartment is equipped with a sleeping area with sofa bed, and a second sofa bed of high quality in the living room. Thanks to its equipment you can: stay cool thanks to the reversible air conditioning, save time with the dishwasher and the latest generation washing machine, cook quickly thanks to the combined microwave oven, enjoy your breakfast in peace thanks to the balcony with view on the park and all its accessories (coffee maker, blender, waffle maker ...).  
Upon your arrival you just have to put your bags and enjoy your vacation in a beautiful setting!  
  
A renovated one bedroom apartment for 4 guests (32m2) - fully furnished and newly equipped. Situated only 3min walk from the local beach and 10 min walking distance to local amenities (shops, groceries, tobacconist, pharmacy, St Raphael-boulouris train station).
