### Cozy Renovated Cottage with SPA, Near Pornic, Family-Friendly, Wifi, Baby Gear Included

Renovated old house dating from 1900, located near the owners' dairy farm and another gîte. Semi-enclosed grounds of 1000 m² with terrace. A spa (reservation required) is available in a building opposite the gîte (supplement: €10/person/hour).  
Living room with sofa bed and open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and shower room/toilet.  
Additional amenities: freezer, complete baby equipment, Wi-Fi access.  
Not included: electric heating, electricity, bed linens, towels/household linens, and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is required for business guests (€65).  
Pornic is 18 km away.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:  
\- End-of-stay cleaning: €70.04 per stay  
\- Towels: €5.39 per person per stay
