"Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. "The hotel is situated in a great location, right on the main square for the Christmas Market in the winter and lots of restaurants, cafés and bistros nearby. We arrived early in the morning, and while I room wasn't available until around 2 p.m., the staff stored our luggage and made the gym available to change. Breakfast everyday was fresh, with lots of variety."
