Spacious 2 bedroom flat located in St Paul en Chablais recently renovated on the ground floor of a detached chalet.

This 70 m2 flat can accommodate 6 people. It has a well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and dining area, lounge area with a double sofa-bed, armchair, TV. The terrace is accessible through glass doors.
The first bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. Another shower room is available and also has a toilet. Another toilet is separate from the bathroom and has a washing machine.

Free parking in front of the chalet.

A twenty minute drive away from Evian, Bernex is the family ski resort of the area and has everything available on site to spend a great vacation either in the winter or the summer. The ski slopes are open from December onwards, and in the summer there are many hiking trails, off-road bike rides or just simple nature walks to look forward to.

Evian, a famous destination in the Haute Savoie known for its thermal baths, and its location between lake Geneva and the Alps.
All year round one can find spa treatments, boat rides to Switzerland, beautiful museum exhibits and game nights at the Casino.

Very nice location and quiet environment.

Un peu loin de la superette (3 kms) mas vue magnifique. ProblÚme permanent d'odeurs dans la 2Úme salle de douche. Matelas à ressorts de la chambre 2 lits bien fatigués. Table cuisine qui se déboitait et dessus peint un peu collant (une toile cirée résoudrait le problÚme et révision des attaches de la rallonge) Récap des programmes du lave vaisselle serait utile Par contre bien équipé en vaisselle et jolies décorations. Wifi correct

Nous sommes tristes de quitter ce logement car nous y avons passé deux semaines exceptionnelles au calme et dans la verdure. Le chalet est trÚs beau, trÚs bien équipé, meublé et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. L'emplacement est génial, au départ de chemins de randonnée et la vue est imprenable. La gestion faite par le cabinet immobilier est de qualité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir.
