"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Fährhafen war gut. Das Frühsrück war liebevoll und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer allerdings nicht wie auf der Website beschrieben, viel kleiner. Das Möbiliar wurde schon lang nicht mehr gewartet: kaputter Duschschlauch und ein Badezimmerschrank der an einer Seite stark locker war und herunter hing. Im anderen Zimmer war ein Riss in der Bettdecke- was allerdings schnell behoben wurde."

Then went to the room the door handle was broke and door didn’t shut unless key was in back and locked. "Excellent B&B adjacent to the centre of Saint Omer with parking directly opposite on the quayside. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained, the owners delightful and the breakfast superb with delicious home made cake and yoghurt. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance and one almost next door. Saint Omer and the surrounding countryside particularly to the north is very attractive and we walked and cycled in the countryside enjoying the autumn colours."

"For value for money, you can't go wrong if you want a cheap place to put your head down including parking & breakfast. It's a bargain. But you do get what you pay for as far as maintenance. The handle for the bathroom was half hanging off and missing screws, so we did not close it. Luckily, being married for years was ok, not so good for others. The sink had cigarette burn marks over melted into it, but was clean. The toilet wall button almost broke each time pressed. My advice is they need to up the price a couple of euros & save to do these basic jobs. Would I stay again, yes if I just needed to sleep and go with a pretty comfy bed. Plus breakfast was simple with a coffee machine and breads & jams, yoghourt ect. But just what we wanted before getting back on the road."

"The room was very clean. Staff were friendly We chose not to have breakfast. Parking was excellent. The decor needed upgrading downstairs Looking into the hotel from the outside would make you feel that you did not want to stay yet the room itself was very good value for money. Was nice to have a kettle in the room but it needs a longer lead to reach a socket."
