"Searching for the hotel was very difficult. It's located between other hotels and homes. It's next to another hotel which becomes confusing when following the directions the GPS gives you and if you ask people, they don't know where the hotel is. Once we found the hotel the staff and stay were amazing! We had an amazing view, and our room was wonderful. "

"Just got back from a week in Naxos ( October 25 ) the place was incredible. From the ferry we took the local bus (2.30 euros) and drop off 25 feet from the Hotel. Ocean view. The staff was so accommodating, and the Spa treatment was sensational. breakfast buffet was very generous and stayed open till 11 AM. Meals at the hotel were a little more expensive but more refined than the local restaurants. When we left, most of the restaurants were closing down for the season. "

"I’ve stayed here twice…what a property! Beautiful views of prokopios, and a fantastic breakfast. The only knock against them is the long walk to the beach (which they have a shuttle for during the day, but i really wish they had a shuttle back around dinner time or into the night hours). I’d stay here again if I’m ever visiting Naxos again!"

"The hotel has close access to the beach but did not provide lounge chairs or umbrellas. Did offer beach towels. The room was comfortable with a good shower and bath amenities. The area near the hotel is not particularly attractive so staying there is primarily to be near the beach."

"Would not recommend staying here! The pictures online make it look much nicer than it really is. Our experience here was very disappointing and far from what we expected, especially for the high price they charge. The property is not well maintained - there were moldy areas, a lot of rusty and old fixtures, damaged walls. The water coming out of the faucet smelled bad, and the hot water wasn’t working well in the shower. The hot tub looked old and dirty, so we didn’t even use it. The mattress/bed was very uncomfortable and there were no real hotel amenities. It’s advertised as a hotel, but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception desk — they simply greet you outside when you arrive. The place is just 4 very small rooms on top of a restaurant, which makes it noisy, and you have to go downstairs and cross a road to access the beach, so it’s definitely not as beachfront as it appears online. Th communication was very minimal. They were not very responsive or helpful, ignoring some of our messages when we had questions. These are the type of questions that would get answered by hotel reception at any other place. When they delivered the breakfast they left it on the back table outside and left so they can have as little contact with you as possible. It didn’t feel very welcoming. The breakfast was okay, but it was not very enjoyable because of all the bees and wasps outside and it’s so small inside it’s hard to find a good spot to enjoy your breakfast at."
