6-Bedroom House (for 12–13 People) in St. Nazaire

  • We are renting out our main house in St Nazaire.

    Available for the first 3 weeks, from 29/07 to 19/08 2023.

    Large house of 160 m2 with south facing garden of 250m2.
    It has 6 bedrooms (13 people + 2 babies).

    THE HOUSE consists of:
    Ground floor:
    - Bathroom with toilet
    -BEDROOM 1 (double bed 140/190) overlooking the garden
    - a large GARAGE that can accommodate one car.
    -a fully equipped summer kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Senseo, fridge, gas hob, kettle, microwave) / LAUNDRY ROOM (washing machine and dryer) overlooking the garden
    -GARDEN with little opposite, very quiet, garden furniture, brazier and children's games (wooden hut, trampoline) available, as well as a plancha.

    1ST FLOOR:
    - BEDROOM 2 (2pers bed 180/200)
    -Fully equipped KITCHEN (oven, microwave, Thermomix, coffee maker, induction hob, fridge/freezer)
    -SDD
    -Separate toilet
    -large LIVING-DINING ROOM crossing, very bright.

    2ND FLOOR:
    -BEDROOM 3 (double bed 140/200)
    - BEDROOM 4 (double bunk bed sleeps 90/190)
    -BEDROOM 5 (bunk bed sleeps 2 90/190)
    -BEDROOM 6 (double bunk bed 80/190, a mezzanine bed 90/190, plus baby)
    -Bathroom with toilet.
    Games for children boys and girls available beach games.
    Possibility of adding 2 cots for baby

    5 minutes from the beaches of St Nazaire (Villès Martin)
    16min from the beaches of Pornichet (ste Marguerite)

    PRICE
    Available from July 29 to August 19
    1500€/week
    The price includes
    -water, gas and electricity and wifi.

    DEPOSIT
    A deposit check of 3000€ is required for the house.
    Another deposit check of 300€ is requested at the entrance to the house and returned at the exit for the cleaning that will be done by you, indeed we respectfully ask our tenants to kindly tidy up the house and leave it in the clean state as when they entered.

    OPTION:
    -bed linen (5€/single bed, 10€/double bed, 2,50€/cot) or 50€ for the whole
    -5€ towels /person (one large + one small)

    We will be delighted to welcome you to the Côte d'Amour.

Belle propriété idéal pour familles nombreuse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison . Proche du centre . Bus juste devant la maison . En superbe état malgré quelques travaux à terminé qui ne nuisent pas du tout au séjour . Bien accueilli par les propriétaires les poules et le lapin !
