  • Recently renovated, welcome to this cosy apartment. Located 5 km from the beaches and in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, this quiet apartment, set back from the road, boasts a private entrance and terrace, and is ideally situated in the village centre with all shops within walking distance. Very well-equipped, you'll find everything you need for a wonderful stay! Sports, business, relaxation, discovery… All you have to do is unpack for a few days of happiness

    The accommodation:

    This 28m2 accommodation consists of a living room with kitchen-lounge (sofa bed), a bathroom/toilet, a bedroom (double bed + desk), as well as a private terrace of 10m2. The bedding is new. This accommodation has been designed to accommodate 2 adults and 1 or 2 children on the extra bed (110cm x 180cm), but it's up to you to decide what suits you best! You have access by road as well as pedestrian/bicycle access via the charming little lanes of Saint Michel en l'Herm. Other remarks: Between land and sea… Longboard and bodyboard rental available at La Vie Douce. 45 minutes from La Rochelle and Les Sables d'Olonne. 5 minutes from the largest skatepark in France and… The Atlantic wake park in La Faute-sur-Mer, 5 minutes from the Presqu'île Golf Course, 15 minutes from the surf spots of La Tranche-sur-Mer. 20 minutes from O Gliss Park. 40 minutes from the superb Mervent forest. In the heart of the village: Mini-market, restaurants, food trucks, pharmacy, children's playground, skatepark, tennis courts, museum and royal abbey, fishing lake and hiking and cycling routes (Vélodyssée greenway).

Pauline et Simon sont deux hôtes très gentils et accueillants. Ils ont aménagé et équipé leur location afin que leurs locataires s'y sentent bien comme à la maison. "La vie douce " est idéalement située dans un lieu calme entre océan et marais comme l'indique l'annonce.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et conseillont fortement cette location !

Parfait. Tout simplement parfait. Très bon séjour dans ce logement propre, bien agencé, cosy et bien décoré. L'accueil par Simon, à notre arrivée a été très agréable. Et les échanges par messagerie avec Pauline, réactifs et très clairs. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Nous sommes très ravis de notre séjour.
