A set of 3 gîtes housed in a 1900s mansion facing the sea, 8 km from Pornic. Shared entrance.
600 m² shared unfenced grounds, including one parking space per accommodation.
Upstairs gîte with private balcony (south-facing): living/dining room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Duplex: mezzanine (1 90x190 cm bed) and bedrooms with private bathrooms (160x200 cm bed).
Washing machine and barbecue shared by all 3 gîtes.
Additional amenities: low-speed Wi-Fi, freezer compartment, CD player, cot/high chair, and baby bath upon request.
Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels/household linens, and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee (tourist customers €96). Mandatory cleaning and linen service for business guests (€120/stay).

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to arrival:
- Towels: €16.16 per person per stay
