Room with a terrace overlooking the ocean. A comfortable home just 40 m from the beach,

  • house on 2 levels of 50m2 independent of a house. Ground floor: living / dining room, kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with sea view equipped with a large 140 cm double bed + 1 small bedroom equipped with 2 small 90 cm beds for children or teenagers. 17m2 terrace facing south with garden furniture. Reserved parking. Blue flag beach. Lots of accessible hikes and walks around the house. Very calm and peaceful place for nature lovers. Free baby equipment on request (bed, chair, bath). Rental authorization registered in City Hall on 20/03/2012 - Siret N ° 401 602 404 00030 - 2-star tourism furniture approval of 30/03/2017
