"The staffs are not friendly and are stern. We can feel this upon check in and at breakfast. The room is basic and warm and lack of amenities. We were running out of shower gel and toilet paper quickly. The hotel is oddly next to the biggest rubbish disposal site in Paris."

"For a budget hotel it had everything we needed very basic rooms but clean and very helpful staff, breakfast was good, we’d say again if travelling on a tight budget."

"The rooms are small so if you want to sit and read you’ll have to do so in bed. Street facing rooms are above the restaurant which can be quite loud when people can eat outdoors. The staff are nice and welcoming and the neighborhood offers other places to grab a pastry or sandwich or sit down and dine. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at Tulips during our city break to Paris. Upon arrival, the staff were very polite and accommodating, enabling us to check in much earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated after our early journey. The room was modern and spacious with a high standard of cleanliness. It included a variety of amenities such as a HD flat screen television, a rainfall shower in the bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette with all the necessary equipment which made it convenient for in room dining. Although we did not opt for breakfast, the selection available appeared fresh and varied. While the hotel is located slightly further from the city centre than we anticipated, a short 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station provided easy access to various destinations, alongside other transport options such as buses and taxis. One point to note is that, due to the short duration of our stay, there was no housekeeping turnover service, meaning towels and bedding were not refreshed. While this was not a significant issue for us, it may be worth considering for future guests. Overall, we had a really pleasant and comfortable stay. ☺️"
