It comprises a 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a lovely 7,000 m² plot of land. The accommodation comprises Ground floor: \- A 35 m² living room with sofa, dining area and fireplace \- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) \- Shower room \- A utility room \- Separate WC First floor: \- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 3: two single beds \- Bathroom with shower and WC \- Office area with balcony For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot. Le cadre est magnifique, la maison est de très bon goût, équipée et très bien située. A quelques minutes à pied du lac, entourée par la forêt, elle était l’endroit parfait pour passer quelques jours magiques pour se ressourcer.
