You will appreciate this apartment for its calm, its proximity to the center of St Martin, its heated swimming pool and, why not the welcome of its owner;) Confidence and security guaranteed: this apartment benefits from the label 'Furnished tourist accommodation 3 stars'. For you, it is the guarantee of an advertisement in conformity with reality and an objective evaluation by the General Council of Charente-Maritime. We have decorated this apartment with care so that you feel good and that your stay is as pleasant as possible. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a dining room and a living room with two pull-out benches. Practical, the fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room There is a flat screen TV (TNT) and Wifi Internet. The bathroom with bath and separate toilet overlooks the small hallway of the entrance. There are also many cupboards and storage. You have free access to the semi-covered heated swimming pool, the sauna as well as to the large green and enclosed park. The closed parking lot of the residence is also at your disposal. If you wish, we can offer you the rental of linen and a cleaning service (optional services). Laundry facilities are available in the residence. Si vous souhaitez emmener votre linge sur place, je recommande toutefois de bien clarifier les dimensions des lits pour éviter des surprises à l’arrivée. Si d’aventure, vous avez besoin d’être dépannés (drap housse finalement trop petit par exemple), le propriétaire, a priori réticent, reste ouvert aux éventuels dépannages moyennant un forfait qui peut surprendre... Spacious apartment, lots of storage and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable, king size bed with bed linen included. Photos on the website are accurate. The location is ideal, being a short walk from the town. The bicycles which were included were perfectly adequate and we rode almost every day (although a basket on one would have been useful). We had a fantastic week and couldn’t have wished for anything more. Benjamin was a godsend with his local knowledge and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be returning.
