Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison. Tout y est: confort, propreté, équipement, calme, et proximité immédiate des commerces. Le port de St Martin se situe à 20 min à pied et la plage à 10 min. Mme Beaudoin est charmante et accueillante. Merci à elle pour la qualité de son hébergement ainsi que pour tous ses conseils.

Sehr schöne Ferien in einer tollen Ferienwohung

Sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, so dass wir uns mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 fast erwachsenen Teenagern sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir sind zwar meistens Essen gegangen oder haben nur Pasta gekocht, wir hätten aber auch richtige Mahlzeiten zubereiten können. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Zu Fuß erreichbar ist das Intermarché, Leclerc und den Fahrradverleih. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in 15 min. St. Martin, La Flotte und den Strand Bois Plage. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Malgré le temps pluvieux en début de semaine, nous avons passé grands-parents, parents et petits enfants une excellente semaine dans une maison très agréable et très bien placée avec toutes les commodités. La propriétaire était à notre écoute et très sympathique. Nous avons découvert l'île à vélo avec toutes ses pistes cyclables.

Les atouts de cette maison de location sont : - Un petit jardin joliment arboré et sans vis à vis. On en profite dès la pièce de vie via la baie vitrée et accès direct sur la terrasse. - maison spacieuse - les coins nuits bien organisés : au rdc, une chambre et une salle de douche. A l'étage, 2 chambres avec sdb. Chacun son intimité ! - la proximité de commerces. Nous avons ainsi mangé (surtout le petit déjeuner, avec du pain frais) et profité de "notre" terrasse d'où moins de restos. De plus, la propriétaire est charmante. Bref, que du positif !

Tout était conforme aux photos voire mieux. Pensez à apporter linge de lit ,serviettes torchons,pas fournis. Plaids de canapés inconfortables car synthétiques et glissants. Une grande théière serait la bienvenue avec une boule à thé.

Convenient location, clean house

The house was exactly what we were looking for: 3 bedrooms with one on the main floor for grandma; 2 bathrooms (one on each floor); a well-equipped and clean kitchen; and laundry equipment. The outdoor space was wonderful: spacious with flowering bushes and quiet. It was steps away from an Intermarché and other businesses (pharmacy, bike rentals, decathlon), while being on a quiet street. Will rent it again if we come back to this area.

Maison très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire et d'une propreté exemplaire. Mme Beaudoin est très accueillante, renseignant parfaitement bien sur la maison ainsi que sur la partie touristique de l'Ile. La maison se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Elle dispose d"un charmant petit jardin arboré, sans vis à vis. Il y a un chemin côtier à proximité très propice aux balades et à la course à pieds. Juste à côté se trouvent toutes les commodités, supermarché et magasins ainsi que es pistes cyclables.
