It has an outside of 50m2 not overlooked, trees and landscaped and a private garage in the basement. House on 2 levels, fully equipped with new furniture (August 2018) with a pleasant private courtyard equipped with chiliennes and deckchairs, tables and chairs and an electric griddle. Private garage for a car in the basement. Concierge service included. Sa situation est idéale, en plein centre de Saint Martin, et tout est accessible en quelques minutes sans jamais prendre la voiture. L’emplacement est très calme, à l’abri des bruits des rues environnantes pourtant très fréquentées. La maison est bien agencée, très propre et des petites attentions fort sympathiques de la part de la propriétaire nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Enfin, la conciergerie en charge de la gestion de cette location est particulièrement réactive et efficace pour résoudre le moindre petit problème. De plus, il est dans un état irréprochable . Sa situation permet également un accès aux pistes cyclables en quelques coups de pédales . Les marées favorables nous ont donné l'occasion de nous initier à la peche à pied avec un résultat fructueux . En plein centre ville de St Martin tout en étant au calme, cette maison est décorée avec beaucoup de charme et très bien équipée. La literie est très confortable. La cour intérieure permet de profiter de l'extérieur, mi ombre / mi soleil, c'est parfait! Les petites attentions et les jeux pour enfants ont été particulièrement appréciés!
