Holiday Home 'Le Marronnier' with Mountain View, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Gîte Le Marronnier is a fully renovated farmhouse in the traditional Auvergne style, accommodating 1 to 6 guests. The property offers free fiber WiFi and features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living room, a storeroom, and a WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, one with a 140 cm bed, and one with two 90 cm beds, plus a crib. Bed linen is provided for your convenience. The bathroom includes a shower, and there is a separate WC.



Guests can enjoy a large, shady garden furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue, as well as access to a garage. An electricity overrun above 100 kWh is payable on site.



All shops, a swimming pool, and a lake are located just 3 km away. There are walking trails nearby, and another lake with a beach, water sports, and adventure activities is 10 km away.



The gîte is ideally situated, equidistant from the Cantal mountains (including Puy Mary and Salers) and the Lot valley (such as Rocamadour), making it an excellent base for exploring the region.

Parfaitement équipé, il a beaucoup de charme, en pleine campagne, dépaysement assuré, LIterie et equipement de qualité, rien ne nous a manqué. Durant cette semaine de canicule, bien qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation, le RDC était frais et en ventilant bien la nuit, nous avons passé des nuits reposantes.
