Charming small property Ideal for a short stay in St Malo

Lovely 2 bedroom property with a rustic feel in an urban location. Although on the outskirts of St Malo the old town is only a 25 minute walk away. There is a patisserie and a Carrefour City at the top of the road along with plenty of other interesting shops. The only down side is that car parking is a bit hit and miss. There is free street parking outside the property but you need to be on your toes to get a spot. There is also a large free car park 5 minutes walk away but during peak times this is invariably full.

Just Right!!!

It was clean and most importantly for us, quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed, The bed and pillows comfortable and the shower was hot. It had lovely old world charm, a small garden to sit in and the shutters on the windows worked well. We liked being close to, but not in the Old city. The bus system was easy after a little research. There is a little supermarket and beach in walking distance. We thoroughly recommend this little home to anyone. Regards

It was ok.

It was ok for us. The central location is really nice. Bakery and all needed things you can get within a 5-min-walk. The old town is really nice! We really enjoyed Saint Malo! Kitchen stuffed with only the really needed things. And only one towel for each for one week and no towels for toilette and kitchen is too less. The climate in the ground floor is not really good. The furniture and decoration was done with love and it‘s aesthetic !

Perfekter Kurztrip!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in individuellem kleinen HĂ€uschen. Tolle Lage fĂŒr die verschiedenen Stadtteile von Saint-Malo, zu Fuß und per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Gratis ParkplĂ€tze im nahen Umfeld, manchmal direkt vor der TĂŒr. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da. Gerne nochmal, danke Sabrina und Isabelle.

C'est bien décoré l'appartement mais c'est tout. Il est pas bien placé. Pour avoir le clé c'était trÚs compliqué... On a dit une heure de rdv et ils ne sont pas venu. Une heure on a du attendre. Et elle était tellement stressée elle a ouvert la porte puis partir.

Logement conforme Ă  la description. HĂŽte au top. Logement propre et bien agencĂ©. Il manque pe un peu de rangement, armoires vides dans la cuisine, chambre et salle de bain. :) Et ce qui nous a manquĂ©, un peu d'intimitĂ© dans la salon, la porte fenĂȘtre qui donne dans la rue n'Ă©tait pas top; pe mettre un autocollant opaque dessus (?); nous fermions le volet, mais alors nous ne profitions pas du soleil. Nous y avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances. Merci.

Es war super. Es war genau so wie beschrieben. Der Außenbereich war klein, aber uns hat er gereicht. Die Lage war perfekt. Das Einzige, was etwas zu bemĂ€ngeln war, war die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung. Laut Angabe, wird deutsch, englisch und französisch gesprochen, allerdings ging deutsch gar nicht und englisch leider auch nur sehr schlecht. Ohne unseren Grundkenntnisse in französisch wĂ€re eine Kommunikation fast nicht möglich gewesen.

Emplacement ideal

Location sympa. Mais quelques points a ameliorer notamment la propreté des placards de la cuisine et le frigo , surtout la partie congélateur qui serait a nettoyer, ou a changer au vu de l etat des joints. La personne qui nous a accueillie sur place était tres sympathique.

Bien pour un court séjour

Les + : l'emplacement, la surface, la baignoire, la propretĂ© des lieux Les - : le linge de lit de mauvaise qualitĂ© (trot de lavage donc trĂšs rĂȘche et dĂ©sagrĂ©able, couette enfant trop petites) , le manque de vaisselles et grille pain. Dommage car avec cela le sejour passerait de correct Ă  excellent

Pas d accueil, attente sur le trottoir avec le bebe dans l obscurite, appartement non chauffé à notre arrivée, il a fallu appeler pour mettre le chauffage en route, radiateur chambre enfant en panne, piÚce inutilisable. Sols non nettoyés. Tres sales. Literie de mauvaise qualité avec alese en plastique, lit bebe équipé d un matelas trop fin, fauteuils du salon inconfortables. Nous avons failli repartir dÚs le lendemain de notre arrivée.

Lovely spot

Great location if you’re visiting with a car. A free parking lot is close by and a little Main Street with shops is a short walk. The house is cozy and charming with a large first floor and kitchen. There isn’t a door or curtain on the shirt so that room gets wet, but overall a lovely place to stay.

Urige Unterkunft mit Potenzial

GrundsĂ€tzlich haben wir eine gemĂŒtliche kleine, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden. Durch eine motivierte und engagierte Verwalterin vor Ort wĂ€re mehr drin gewesen. Es wird versucht, die Wohnung in einem sauberen und guten Zustand zu ĂŒbergeben. Leider mangelt es hier und da an den letzten Konsequenz. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin lief schleppend. Erst nach der Kontaktaufnahme unsererseits, bekamen wir, bereits unterwegs auf der Anreise, eine RĂŒckmeldung. Wir sollten uns 30 Minuten vor Ankunft melden, was wir auch taten. (brauchten dann, aufgrund des Verkehrs noch ca. 60 Min) Allerdings mußten wir vor Ort dann nochmal ca. 20 Minuten warten, bis wir nach 10 Stunden Fahrt endlich in die Wohnung konnten. (Allerdings muß man auch sagen, dass die Vermieterin sehr bemĂŒht ist und auch sofort auf Anfragen reagiert hat. Es wird auch in Frankreich wohl immer schwerer, gutes Personal zu finden :-( ) Zum WLAN muß man sagen, dass es tatsĂ€chlich nur sporadisch funktioniert (vielleicht10% der Zeit), was mit der schwachen Infrastruktur auf der Straße erklĂ€rt wurde) Einen erneuten Verbleib können wir uns so nicht vorstellen.

Inconvénients dans cette location

Maison faite pour 1 couple et 1 enfant mais pas pour 3 adultes. Pour la chambre 1 personne, pas de lampe de chevet et pas de meuble pour ranger ces affaires. La courette n'était pas nettoyée et nous rentrons tous les feuilles et saletés dans la maison. Au niveau du mobilier de jardin, la table etait si sale qu'il était impossible de manger dehors. Pas de lave-vaisselle (je le savais) mais évier à un seul bac (difficile de rincer la vaisselle faite à la main) et pas d'égouttoir à vaisselle. Le congélateur est si givré qu'il est trÚs difficile d'ouvrir les tiroirs.
