Reservation: deposit = 50% of the rent, balance of the rent 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
A deposit of 1000 € will be requested at the balance of the reservation (check deposit not cashed) and returned by the owner after your departure.
City tax not included (1,40 euros / adult / day)
A rental lease with a complete description of the accommodation will be sent to you at the time of booking.

Linen can be provided upon request at the rate of:
- sheets: 10 euros / week / bed,
- towel set: 9 euros / week / pers.
- beds made on arrival: 5 euros / bed / stay
Cleaning fees are possible at an additional cost of 110 euros. Please specify when booking.
Attention it is a basic package, maintenance of end of stay housing: the premises must be returned stored, the dishes made and stored, the bins evacuated: any overrun following a delivery of housing in conditions passable hygiene will be charged to the deposit.
Strictly non smoking apartment (except terrace).

Ski boots prohibited in the apartment: cellar available in the basement, accessible by elevator.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are possible at certain times only, contact us. (Rates shown on the calendar are per night rates for one week rental, these rates are increased for short stays and communicated on request).

The minimum rate indicated is for the low season only (September / October / November).
