In the immediate vicinity: - The Bressan Farms with their elegant Saracen chimneys, architectural emblems of the region - The Bresse Museum – Domaine des Planons, 10 minutes away, to learn all about the local rural and culinary history - Bresse AOP poultry, a gastronomic pride to be enjoyed at the producers or at the markets - Towns of character: Bourg-en-Bresse, its royal monastery of Brou; Tournus and its abbey; Mâcon on the Saône; and Cluny, further south It's also an ideal region for bike rides, nature getaways, farmers' markets, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. In the village of Saint-Julien-sur-Reyssouze, this 200 m² two-story house, dating from 1900, welcomes you with an authentic and friendly atmosphere, ideal for gatherings with family or friends, for a weekend or extended vacation. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a stone wall, a large wooden table, and a fully equipped open kitchen in bright colors. A lounge with sofas and armchairs. Upstairs, a second living room with a wooden balcony, antique parquet flooring, and a soft ambiance. A bathroom and separate toilet. 4 bedrooms: - The Orange with 1 double bed (160 cm), courtyard side - The Taupe with 4 single beds (90 cm), ideal for children - The Violette: 1 double bed (140 cm), street side - The Grise with 1 king-size bed (180 cm) + 1 single bed (90 cm), with a decorative fireplace. Outside, a fully equipped shaded terrace at the rear of the cottage is perfect for summer meals, games, and relaxing moments. All in a quiet setting, set back from the road, in a secure private courtyard.
