The accommodation
Located in the charming village of Saint-Julien-de-Lampon, between Sarlat-la-Canéda and Souillac, this family home combines authenticity and modernity. It offers an ideal setting for a peaceful stay, in the immediate vicinity of all the amenities of the village.

The property can accommodate up to 6 people (excluding babies in cots) and consists of three bright bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds not twin. Two contemporary bathrooms with showers complete the set.

The open-plan kitchen open to the living room has all the necessary comforts (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and communicates with a friendly living room equipped with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. An independent laundry room is also available, with washing machine and dryer for more practicality.
Books (in French and English) and board games are available for relaxing moments with the family.

Outside, the private swimming pool, secured by an audible alarm, is integrated into a green and quiet environment. The terrace invites you to enjoy outdoor meals and summer evenings in peace.

The house enjoys a privileged location, just a two-minute walk from a pastry shop, a bar/restaurant/tobacconist, a bank (Crédit Agricole), a butcher's shop, a supermarket and a press point. You will enjoy a pleasant stay without the need for a car for your daily shopping.

The market of Saint-Julien-de-Lampon, accessible just 3 minutes walk from the house, is held every Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm, all year round. You will find fresh local products: seasonal fruit and vegetables, cheeses, charcuterie, artisanal breads, as well as artisanal creations and regional specialities. This is the ideal opportunity to discover the Périgord know-how and to enjoy a friendly atmosphere in the heart of the village.

As for discoveries, Saint-Julien-de-Lampon is ideally located to explore the riches of the Périgord Noir. Nearby, you can visit the medieval villages of Domme, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac or Castelnaud, the famous Lascaux caves, or enjoy a canoe trip on the Dordogne (10 minutes walk from the house). Nature lovers will appreciate the many hiking trails and local markets typical of the region.
