Perfectly located just 15 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda and Souillac, our property offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Dordogne. In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Dordogne river beaches, ideal for swimming and canoe departures, as well as the greenway cycling path connecting Souillac to Sarlat-la-Canéda.



The house comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests and features a private entrance. Upstairs, the open kitchen leads into the living room and three air-conditioned bedrooms. Enjoy your own terrace overlooking the pool, with a complete outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and plancha. The private, secure pool is perfect for relaxing in total peace. The ground floor is completely private and unoccupied, ensuring your privacy.



Just 5 minutes' walk away in Saint-Julien-de-Lampon, you'll find all amenities: butcher, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, and bar-restaurant. We remain discreet but available to answer any requests during your stay.
