The harbour, beach and pier are literally at the foot of the villa: all you have to do is walk along the crystal-clear waters to reach the swimming areas and enjoy the water sports.
Garden level : - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed, electric shutters. - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with WC, electric shutters and direct access to the garden through a bay window - Fully-equipped utility room with washing machine
Ground floor: - Fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer) - Shower room with WC and washbasin - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190), storage space, mountain views - Bright living room with dining area (extendable table for up to 8 people) and lounge with large corner sofa and connected TV - Spacious suspended terrace with lake view, garden furniture, outdoor table and plancha grill

Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop located 15 minutes' walk from the Villa, make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (about 20 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
