Bienvenue à Saint-Jorioz !  
  
Située sur les hauteurs du village avec une vue sur le lac et les montagnes, découvrez une maison tout confort pour 7 personnes à 5 minutes du centre et de ses commerces.  
Cette magnifique propriété entièrement clôturée est parfaite pour des vacances en famille : cette villa est une maison de famille et possède donc tous les équipements nécessaires.  
Le lac se situe environ à 2 kilomètres!  
La maison est composée de demi paliers.  
Au rez de chaussée vous trouverez un salon avec télévision et cheminée, des toilettes indépendantes, une grande cuisine toute équipée et une terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes.  
Le premier niveau contient 2 chambres avec lits doubles et des rangements pour vos affaires personnelles, une de ces chambres possédant sa propre salle de bains.  
Le deuxième niveau se compose d’une chambre avec lit double et salle de bains attenante, une chambre avec lit simple, une salle de bains et des toilettes indépendantes.  
Le sous sera idéal pour ranger vos vélos et possède une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge.  
  
À noter qu’une maison est en construction dans le voisinage (les fondations sont déjà terminées), nous avons donc opté pour des prix à la nuit en dessous des prix du marché pour compenser en cas de gène sonore pendant la journée.  
Le linge de maison vous sera fourni pour votre séjour.  
Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans la propriété.  
Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans la cour   
  
⚠️ Sauf indication : en France la salle de bain est composée (d'une douche ou d'une baignoire), le toilette est séparé. Nous restons à votre disposition pour toute information complémentaire à ce sujet.  
  
Saint-Jorioz est situé sur la rive gauche du lac d’Annecy dans un écrin de montagnes.  
Visitez son village, partez en randonnée et profitez de son calme et de ses plages !  
  
Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.  
Au delà de 21h, si une solution d'arrivée autonome ne peut pas être trouvée, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé.  
🧳 Pour garantir votre tranquillité d'esprit jusqu'au départ de votre train, nous vous conseillons vivement d'utiliser la consigne à bagages "Lockin" au 2 rue Jean Jaurès à Annecy pour laisser vos valises en toute sécurité  
  
Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que le jour même.
