Designed for a relaxing holiday just a stone's throw from the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy, this friendly house will win you over with its comfort. With its warm atmosphere, it is composed as follows: Living room : \- Large living room with dining room (5/6 people), lounge, open-plan kitchen and direct access to the garden/terrace. \- Fully-equipped modern kitchen: induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, espresso machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc. \- Living room with fireplace (usable only in winter) and Bose connected speaker system. \- Laundry room with wardrobe, washing machine, drying rack, raclette and fondue machines. \- Separate WC First floor: \- TV lounge with teleworking desk and single bed (90x200). \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe and balcony access. \- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200) that can be made into a king-size bed. \- Shower room: walk-in shower, double basins. \- Wardrobe. Outside area : \- 55 m² terrace and flower-filled garden: dining table (6 people), relaxation/aperitif area, table tennis table, parasol, awning. Transport : \- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 minutes). \- Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. \- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
