Maison à 50 m de la mer

This new house, quiet, is located on a peninsula, located between Cap Frehel and Saint Malo, it will allow you to go down to the nearest beach (50 m), to walk on the island of Ebhiens at low tide! to walk to the village 10 minutes from the centre;
to visit many towns (Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Saint Cast le Guido...) or villages such as Saint Suliac (classified as the most beautiful village in France) located on the banks of the Rance or Saint Briac not far away.
You can walk the GR 34 which goes around the almost island (about 8 km) and admire the landscapes from the 11 beaches or go on beautiful hikes such as the tour of the Arguenon (13 kms) or Lancieux (12kms).
You can also taste oysters and mussels from the bay of Arguenon by going directly to the local producer (500 m).
Don't miss the sunset on the Pointe du Chevet at several times of the tide...
You will have access to the terrace (40 m2), sun loungers and table as well as a barbecue (electric)
