She is located in the small remote village of the guards 2.5km from Saint-Jacques des Blats. You will be peaceful, in the heart of nature and will be able to enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the beautiful mountains that surround it. Ground Floor: This charming house has a very friendly living room with television, a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette and fondue appliance (Savoyard and Burgundy), as well as other accessories that complement these facilities, which is open to the dining room. This house has a stove at your disposal for cooler days, as well as numerous board games. You will find a washing machine and toilets on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a large bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190, as well as a bedroom with 2 single beds in 90x190 and separate WC. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190\. Gite superbe, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, plus que propre, dans un hameau tranquille au bout d'une impasse qui se prolonge dans les pâturages sous le Plomb du Cantal, avec deux vues époustouflantes sur les montages de part et d'autre de la maison. Aucun passage dans le hameau, endroit très bucolique. Merci pour l'attention des propriétaires à l'arrivée et agence au top. Seul bémol non mentionné: bien que le hameau soit on ne peut plus tranquille et bien situé, on entend constamment le bruit de la nationale très fréquentée sur la terrasse et dans la chambre parentale. Ce n'est pas très fort mais c'est constant et c'est malheureusement le cas dans toute la vallée. ##### Philippe R.
